As you stroll through the gallery, you can sample truffles, chocolate candies, and chocolate-dipped fruit made by Zemack and admire the chocolate work. You'll find old favorites and some new flavor combos. Zemack says she's considering Baileys, root beer, and champagne as truffle flavors. 'I'm also experimenting with interesting spices - pink peppercorn, fleur de sel, cardamom - so that people will have something a little out of the ordinary to taste,' she says."
