The Chocolate I Ate Today: Mary Chocolatier cont.

Today at my office I tried two more truffles from the Mary Chocolatier line as well as a pure chocolate bar that's, let's just say, not for the faint of heart.

Hazelnut Praline Coated with Chopped Nuts: Excellent, smoother and creamier than most pralines I've tried.

Dark Chocolate Ganache with Pistachio: Interesting combination of tastes. Excellent ganache all the way through all of the chocolates I've tried in this line.

Michel Cluizel Noir Infini 99%: That's 99% as in 99% cacao, 1% everything else. For such a high level of cacao, this bar is remarkably smooth. I have more to say about this one. I'll revisit shortly.
