The sensory experience of fine chocolate is like a story. There is a beginning, a middle, and an end, and there are various twists and turns along the way. Chocolate tasting is a means to explore this story and experience this most beloved ‘food of the gods’ in a whole new way.

Chocolate expert Dana Zemack guides your guests through the sensory nuances of a broad range of pure fine chocolates from around the world. Participants delight in tasting, analyzing, and sharing their experiences as they learn about the intricacies of chocolate, as well as fascinating tidbits about the chocolate making process, origin, and history.

Full Program: Approximately 60 minutes
