If there’s one food event in Arizona that never fails to impress, it’s the Devour Culinary Classic—and this year was no exception. Held at the breathtaking Desert Botanical Garden, the 2025 edition of the festival brought together 120 of the state’s best restaurants and purveyors for a weekend of unforgettable flavors.
With a panel of esteemed judges tasting their way through a mouthwatering lineup, a few culinary standouts rose above the rest to claim top honors.
And the Winners Are…
After fierce competition, the Best in Show award went to TPC Scottsdale, thanks to Chef Matthew O’Harris’ Al Pastor Pork Belly Taco—a dish that had judges and festival-goers raving.
Taking home the Best Use of Heritage Food award was Litchfield’s at the Wigwam, which wowed the crowd with its Buffalo and Tepary Bean Stew, a nod to Arizona’s rich culinary traditions.
Several other heavy hitters earned Gold Medals, solidifying their places among the state’s top culinary destinations:
• The Gladly
• Valentine
• Chilte
• Litchfield’s at the Wigwam
• TPC Scottsdale
More Than Just a Feast
Beyond the incredible food and competition, the Devour Culinary Classic also made a significant impact on sustainability, diverting over two tons of waste from landfills—a major win for both food lovers and the environment.
As always, none of this would be possible without the hardworking chefs, dedicated judges, generous sponsors, and volunteers who made the event a resounding success.
Looking Ahead
With another year of Devour in the books, Arizona’s culinary scene continues to thrive, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2026. If you missed this year’s event, make sure to mark your calendar for next year—because if there’s one thing Devour guarantees, it’s damn good food.
